Refunds are only issued if you have not started using your account. If you have uploaded a file or used download bandwidth, we cannot provide a refund. Your Premium Account will remain active until it is canceled or terminated under these Terms.

Delivery Policy
Your Premium account will be delivered to your Uploady.io account online in real-time once your payment is accepted.
